4th lagos makeup fair 2015

June 22, 2015
Hey lovelies!
I spent a part of my Sunday with my cousin at the LMUF and let me not even lie, if you are a make up junkie, lover etc. and you didn’t attend, you missed out on the fun! The place was literally a make up heaven!(even though I think I use this phrase every time I attend ). I felt like throwing all the products into my bag and just running away, it felt so good just staring at different products at different stands! shout out to my cousin for taking most of the pictures! Products I bought are listed below.

If this is the first time you’re reading about Lagos makeup fair and you have no idea what the event is about, let me help you a little okay? (you’re welcome). LMUF is basically a beauty/makeup shopping event where different stores(including online based stores) that sell beauty products come to sell their products mostly at a cheaper price (not all the time). it is basically like a trade fair but this is only beauty based, personally, I think it is a great way of gaining publicity (on the seller’s part) and an easier way for buyers to shop for various types and brands of product.

This years event was “makeup runway” themed so some well-known makeup artists were present and they created different looks on their models and each of them practically made a statement with their makeup. The event was really organized compared to the Easter edition. it was really easy to identify the different stores, most stands had a POS machine with them which made shopping easier for a lot of people, they had an atm bus beside the building just incase anyone ran out of cash lol (they were prepared for us this time). I got to meet and interact with quite a number of bloggers and makeup artists which is always fun.

I was really strict with my shopping, I didn’t want to bite more than I could chew so I calmly made a list a day before and I stuck to my list! (halleluyah!). You guys know how hard it is to stop yourself from buying makeup right? so I’m proud of myself.
